Black Church Sues to Close 'Redneck Shop'

I dont agree with the merchandise that the store sells but I can't see any legal reason why the store should be closed. Of course it offends a lot of people but there are numerous other stores that offen people as well. This store just seems to push the envelope a little farther than most.

I also really disagree with the merchandise that the store sells, but i think this is more a american problem. In Germany and whole west europe except Italy is everything forbidden what offends any special group of people. We have a law that says its not allowed to offend s.o.'s sense of honor or to put somebody at a disadvantage. In the case of Germany its about our history, but i think every country need a law like this, because we all have to live together and in my opinion we want to live together and dont care about different things like origin or religion.

i think that this is just another dispute over property. The only reason it is in the news is because it involves the kkk and a black church. The courts just need to obtain the contract and make a decision. It should not matter what is in the store but rather who does the store belong to.

I agree that the store should not sell those kinds of things but there is no reason for the store to be sued. I think the freedom that America has can work positivly and negativly and that is what you have to deal with.
