Mark Cuban charged with insider trading

The article makes a good point regarding why Cuban would risk what he did considering the potential poss would be almost meaningless to him. Of course insider trading has many ethical issues that we have previously discussed in class. Like the article says Im the sure the fine that Cuban is likely to get will have little to no impact on his financial position, simply because he has so much, but could hurt his reputation in future endeavors.

I think that Mark Cuban is getting off easy with this fine. Insider trading should not be tollerated. It can effect many peoples jobs and lifestyles. Mark Cuban's fine will not effect him at all, but if the people who work for him loose money their loss would have more of an impact because they have less.
