Health groups: Unknown thousands dying in Zimbabwe

Thousands of people in Zimbabwe are dying right now. They do not have addiquit facilities to help the sick. The hospitals are shutting down, the drugs are running out of supply and they have no valid solution. In my opinion people need to take a more utilitarian view and start doing what is best for everyone. People are dying in Zimbabwe while people in America are ridding around in 500, 000 dollar cars. Someone should help!
